What is the REUZEit Asset Management platform?

We believe in full transparency and a haggle free experience with all our clients. It doesn’t matter if you are a small lab or a Fortune 500 company, our prices never change based on the client’s size.
Where does ANDbio get all this equipment?
All our equipment comes directly from our customers, the end users. We never buy from auction houses, or lots of equipment sight-unseen.
Where are your locations?
Our main headquarters and 60,000 ft warehouse is located in Temecula, CA. In 2018, we expanded to Bleiswijk, Netherlands to better serve the EU market.
Is the equipment decontaminated when I receive it?
Most of the items we receive have already been decontaminated by our clients. However, it’s always a good idea for you to ensure that all used equipment you acquire is decontaminated using decon standards you require.
Do you offer consignment and what is the fee?
Yes, we do offer consignment. The fee is a sliding scale dependent on the price of the item. The more valuable the item, the more money you get to keep! Contact our sales team to find out more!
Do you purchase pre-owned lab equipment?
Yes! We do consider making outright purchases of pre-owned lab equipment. However, due to the additional risk with used equipment, we aren’t able to offer the same return as consigning with us.
Do you offer financing on your equipment?

Can I visit your facility to view the equipment in person?
Yes. If the item is on estimate, please make an appointment with our sales team. We are located in Temecula, CA. 1 hour from San Diego, and 2 Hours from Downtown LA (depending on traffic).
Do you test your equipment before it sells?
Yes! All items that come into our facility are triaged, and assigned a class based on condition. Items that are sold with our warranty are again inspected for basic function before shipping to you!
How long does it take to Ship my item that I just paid for?
Since we do a final service inspection before shipping your item, handling time varies depended on products purchased. Most orders pass through our service department and are shipped within 2-5 business days. More complex systems, like Mass Specs, Analyzers, Sequencers may require longer times. Please contact one of sales reps to discuss your specific needs!
Do you offer IQ/OQ services and Service contracts on your equipment?
Yes! On equipment such as Mass Specs, and HPLC systems, we utilize a network of certified 3rd party vendors that are able to setup equipment at your site, perform qualification services and offer PM and service contracts based on your needs.
What does your 30-day warranty cover?
If issues arise with items advertised with our 30-day warranty we will offer to either have parts and labor covered to fix the issue (up to the item’s sale price), send a replacement unit, or accept a return of our equipment (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs). The warranty period starts the day the item is received.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If the item was sold with a 30-day warranty and arrives damaged, or non-functional, you have 30 days Hassle Free to initiate a return starting FROM THE SHIP DATE. If the item is sold AS-IS, sales are final with NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
What happens if my lab is not setup in time to use the equipment within the first 30 days of the purchased item being shipped to me?
We understand each project and business is unique. Please contact us immediately and notify your sales rep about the situation. We will not extend warranties past the original 30 days without written consent.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, our shipping team is experienced in international shipments. From small boxes to large crates, our team can handle it all with care!
Do you accept PO’s as payment?
Yes, we can accept purchase orders from government agencies, universities and companies that maintain consistent business with us and are verified within the United States of America. Please contact us if you have questions to see if you qualify.
We are a reseller, do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We believe that if we unite as a community, instead of being competitors, we can provide a better experience to clients. This allows our clients to focus on their work and leave a bigger impact in the bio-science industry. To do so, we have built a cloud-based platform that offers resellers, and procurement teams, the ability to fill in their inventory gaps and client needs by giving access to our inventory, pointing, clicking and shipping orders, all while staying under their brand. Yes! We have a highly experienced, dedicated in-house project team that specializes in helping laboratories across the world close, move and set up labs. From small 1,000 sq. ft labs to 200,000 sq. ft multi-building sites, we can handle it all.
